Ethno-Safety Potential During the Polish-Ukrainian War for Halychyna in 1918

Modeling of the potential Western-Ukrainian People's Republic (WUPR) relying on modern theories and suggestions politicians geo-politicians is an important factor contributing to study all benefits drawbacks ethno-political sphere in question, as they show its security geostrategic components. The author argues that within proposed model WUPR it was escalation from stronger side (Poles), particular, with regard armaments most logical. It stood out conditions asymmetric imbalance: weaker (Ukrainians) shifted “burden” ideological moral-ideological problems.
